If you're not happy with your purchase simply, return your order to us following the instructions for shipping returns below, and we'll exchange or refund your original payment. It's important that any unwanted item(s), unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that we expect the item(s) to be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging and labels undamaged. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 days of receipt.

Our team member will respond to your message and issue you a return authorisation number with further instructions on how to return/ exchange your order. We reserve the right to reject returns and Exchanges without an authorisation number for a refund.

Rejected returns only happen if the returned items are missing parts, in poor condition or damaged. Once we have approved your return, we will process your refund. Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we would do this free of charge. You will be responsible for paying for the delivery costs for returning your item (s). Delivery charges are non-refundable except for item (s) with missing parts, damaged or defective.
